Torta di grano saraceno


Questa è una deliziosa torta del Sud-Tirolo, posto meraviglioso sulle Alpi italiane, ma molto vicino all'Austria per cultura, lingua e tradizioni.


INGREDIENTI


250 gr di farina di grano saraceno
250 gr di mandorle tritate
250 gr di burro morbido
250 gr di zucchero semolato
6 uova
1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato


Per guarnire:

marmellata di mirtilli rossi
zucchero a velo
panna montata



PROCEDIMENTO

Lavorare il burro con 150 gr di zucchero, unire i tuorli e lavorare fino a renderli spumosi.
Unire la farina e le mandorle tritate continuando ad amalgamare.
A parte, montare gli albumi a neve, unendovi a poco a poco lo zucchero rimasto.
Imcorporarle delicatamente al resto, facendo attenzione a non smontarle.
Versare il composto in una teglia ricoperta con carta da forno, poi cuocere per circa un'ora in forno preriscaldato a 180°C.
Sfornare, far raffreddare, poi sformare su una gratella per dolci.
Quando è ben fredda, tagliarla in due orizzontalmente e farcirla con marmellata di mirtilli rossi.
Spolverare con zucchero a velo e servire accompagnando con panna montata.

BUCKWHEAT CAKE

INGREDIENTS


250 gr buckwheat flour
250 gr chopped almonds
250 gr butter (softened)
250 gr sugar
6 eggs
1 packet of vanilla-flavoured sugar


To serve it:

red whortleberry jam
icing sugar
whipped cream


MAKING IT

Work butter, the 150 grams of sugar and egg yokes, until they become foamy.
Then add the flour, the almonds and the vanilla-flavoured sugar, while continuing to mix.
Whip the egg whites into a froth, slowly adding the rest of the sugar.
Pour it gently into the mixture.
Bake in pre-heat oven at 180°C for approximatly an hour.
Once it cools, split the cake in half horizzontally and fill the middle with red whortleberry jam.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream.
